What data MERIT collects

MERIT collects information in several categories:
When you create an account, MERIT collects basic identifying information such as your name, email address, and business contact details. This helps authenticate your account, deliver communications, and support collaboration.
MERIT collects information about your organization that you provide through onboarding, company profiles, event participation, or workspace activity. This may include company details, capabilities, certifications, preferences, teaming information, and other business information you choose to add.
Users may add profile information, resumes, capability statements, pursuit documents, event materials, or other files. MERIT uses this information to provide the platform features you choose to use and as otherwise described in the full Privacy Policy.
MERIT collects standard usage, device, and technical information, such as feature activity, login events, browser information, and similar platform signals. This helps operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

Your data helps MERIT provide workspace features such as pursuit organization, profile management, collaboration, event workflows, and business development tools.

MERIT does not sell personal information.

No sharing with competitors

MERIT does not share your private workspace data with other customers or competitors.

No AI training on your data

MERIT does not use customer workspace data to train AI models for other customers.

No unauthorized disclosure

MERIT discloses information only as described in the Privacy Policy, such as to provide the service, support your account, follow your preferences, comply with law, or protect the platform.

Security and infrastructure

MERIT uses modern cloud infrastructure and security measures designed to protect customer information. Security also depends on how users manage their own accounts, so keep passwords private and notify MERIT if you believe your account has been compromised.
MERIT is not currently FedRAMP authorized. If your organization requires FedRAMP authorization before using cloud-based tools, contact support@meritmatch.io to discuss your situation.

Privacy choices and requests

You can contact support@meritmatch.io for privacy questions or data-related requests. Available rights and request handling may depend on your location, account status, and applicable law.
  • Marketing communications - You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in MERIT emails or by contacting support.
  • Account or data questions - Contact support if you need help understanding, accessing, exporting, or deleting account-related information.
  • Legal privacy rights - Some jurisdictions provide specific rights to know, access, delete, or port personal information, subject to verification and legal exceptions.
