The Matchmaking Hub helps program hosts run structured matchmaking events for prime contractors, small businesses, agencies, and partner organizations. Hosts can manage event setup, participant intake, attendee visibility, meeting schedules, networking activity, and post-event reporting from one event workspace. For attendees, the Hub provides a practical event experience: join the event, review your meeting schedule, discover relevant companies, exchange contact information with QR networking, and keep track of the people you met.Documentation Index

Who the Matchmaking Hub is for
The Hub serves two distinct user groups: the organizations that run matchmaking programs, and the contractors who attend them. Program and event hosts — including APEX Accelerators, OSDBU offices, chambers of commerce, industry associations, and private event organizers — use MERIT to prepare events, manage attendees, coordinate meeting activity, and review event outcomes. Contractors — including prime contractors, small businesses, mentors, proteges, and other participants — use the attendee experience to access event details, view meetings, browse participating companies, and capture connections during the event.Core capabilities

- Review event details and any meetings or proposed matches available for the event.
- Browse participating companies and prepare for relevant conversations.
- Use QR networking to exchange contact information during the event.
