# Matchmaking Event Outcomes and Reporting

> Review attendee participation, meeting activity, meeting requests, schedule utilization, and CSV exports from MERIT event analytics.

MERIT event analytics help organizers understand how a matchmaking event performed. After meetings are scheduled and attendees begin using the event, organizers can review participation, meeting activity, request activity, schedule utilization, and exportable meeting data from the event workspace.

Use this page to understand what the analytics view shows and how to use it for post-event review.

## What analytics show

The analytics view summarizes the event in several sections.

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="Attendee overview" icon="users">
    Total attendees and role distribution for the event.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Meeting statistics" icon="calendar-check">
    Total meeting blocks, total meetings scheduled, and meeting status counts.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Requests and utilization" icon="chart-line">
    Meeting request totals, acceptance rate, total slots, and average table use by slot.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Popular meeting times" icon="clock">
    Time slots with the most scheduled meetings.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

## Reviewing meetings

The analytics view includes an **All Meetings** table. This table shows scheduled meeting records with:

* Date
* Time
* Company 1
* Company 2
* Status

If the event has more meetings than the table displays, use the CSV export to review the full meeting list.

## Exporting event data

Organizers can export event data from the relevant event management views.

<Tabs>
  <Tab title="Meeting CSV">
    The analytics meeting export includes meeting date, meeting time, the two companies, and meeting status. Use it to review the full meeting list outside MERIT or share operational meeting data with approved organizers.
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Organizer meeting CSV">
    The organizer meeting view can export schedule-oriented meeting data, including date, day, start time, end time, company names, and table assignment.
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Attendee CSV">
    The attendee view can export attendee information such as attendee name, email, company, job title, role, and join date.
  </Tab>
</Tabs>

<Note>
  Export availability can vary by event configuration and user permissions. Only share exported participant or meeting data with people authorized to receive it.
</Note>

## Post-event review

A practical post-event review usually starts with a few questions:

* How many attendees joined the event?
* How were attendees distributed across the event roles?
* How many meetings were scheduled, completed, cancelled, or marked no-show?
* How many meeting requests were accepted?
* Which time slots were most heavily used?
* Do organizer teams need the attendee or meeting CSV for internal follow-up?

For event-specific reporting needs beyond the standard analytics view, coordinate with the MERIT team before the event so the right data is collected and reviewed.

## Privacy and data handling

Treat exported event data as sensitive. Participant and meeting exports may contain names, companies, contact information, and meeting details. Review MERIT's [Privacy summary](/resources/privacy) for platform privacy practices, and follow your organization's rules for handling participant information.
