# What is MeritMatch? GovCon BD Platform Overview

> MeritMatch is the GovCon business development platform that helps contractors manage pursuit work, partner discovery, documents, and team collaboration in one workspace.

MeritMatch, known as MERIT, is built for government contractors who are tired of managing BD in spreadsheets, email threads, and disconnected tools.
